Welcome To Rosenmayr Interiors
Dawn Rosenmayr has been an Allied member of both the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) for most of her career. She received her interior design degree from the Interior Designers Institute, which is FIDER accredited and rated as one of the top Design Schools in the United States. In addition to her design degree, Dawn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Colorado.
Dawn has established a successful business based in Newport Beach and works throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties while handling jobs as far away as Maui, Hawaii. She has expanded her interior design business to handle projects in the Northern California with various projects in the San Francisco Bay Area including the affluent cities of Napa, Ross, Tiburon and Sausalito.
More recently, Dawn has been commissioned to design and remodel a number of apartment buildings for Essex Property Trust from as far north as Seattle, Washington down to Huntington Beach, California. With a true designer’s eye, Dawn has been very successful at transforming these buildings into a luxurious haven for their residents. These projects have been very successful in addressing the latest hot trend of offering a full range of amenities such as roof top pools, clubhouses and fitness centers.
My husband and I hired Dawn to make our coastal home more warm and cozy. I was astounded at how fast she worked and how tireless she was in making sure all of our needs were met. She brought in a great team of contractors and painters to make the process seamless. Somehow she was able to make an inviting home that meshed masculine and feminine styles. She respected our tastes and our hectic household. She was a pure joy to work with.
